Shrimp pasta

🥄Ingredients:
🔸4 oz pasta (such as linguine or tagliatelle)
🔸1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
🔸salt and pepper, to taste
🔸2 tbsp olive oil
🔸1 cup broccoli florets
🔸1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
🔸2 tbsp cup pesto

🥄Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through, in the same skillet, add the broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.

Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.

Add the pesto and cooked pasta and stir until everything is combined.
