Spinach & ricotta tortellini in tomato sauce

🥄Ingredients:
🔸325g spinach and ricotta tortellini
🔸300ml passata cooking sauce
🔸Fresh basil leaves
🔸Butter
🔸1/4 teaspoon salt
🔸1/4 teaspoon pepper
🔸Grana Padano cheese, grated (to serve)

🥄Instructions:

Cook the spinach and ricotta tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
In a skillet, melt a knob of butter over medium heat. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and gently toss them in the butter until they are well coated and heated through.

Once the tortellini are heated, spoon the passata sauce over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Add salt, pepper and dried basil. Allow it to simmer gently.

Serve it topped with grated grana padano cheese.
