🥄Ingredients:
🔸1 bagel of your choice
🔸2 slices of prosciutto
🔸1 medium tomato, sliced
🔸1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
🔸2 tablespoons hummus
🥄Instructions:
Slice the bagel in half and spread one tablespoon of hummus on each half of the bagel.
Layer the prosciutto slices on one half of the bagel.
Top the prosciutto with tomato slices and red onion slices.
Place the other half of the bagel on top to form a sandwich and cut in half.
