Chili Bean Burrito

🥄Ingredients:
🔸250g ground beef or ground turkey
🔸1/2 onion, finely chopped
🔸1 clove garlic, minced
🔸1/2 can (200g) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
🔸1/2 can (200g) diced tomatoes
🔸1/2 tablespoon chili powder
🔸1/2 teaspoon cumin
🔸1/2 teaspoon paprika
🔸Salt and pepper to taste
🔸2 large flour tortillas

🥄Instructions:

In a large pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the ground beef or turkey, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens and the flavors meld together.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Add salad Place a large spoonful of the chili bean mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling.
