🥄Ingredients:
2-3 mini tortillas
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking spray or butter, for greasing the pan
🥄Instructions:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each mini tortilla.
Add a few slices of avocado, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the cream cheese on one half of each tortilla.
Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
Lightly grease the skillet or griddle with cooking spray or butter.
Place the folded tortillas on the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
