Burrata salad variations

👌Burrata Salad with Pear
🥄Ingredients:

🔸1 cup fresh arugula leaves
🔸1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
🔸Burrata cheese (one half ball)
🔸Walnuts (or any preferred nuts), roughly chopped
🔸Salt and freshly ground black pepper
🔸Balsamic vinegar

🥄Instructions:

Arrange the arugula leaves, scatter the thinly sliced pear over the arugula.

Tear the burrata cheese in pieces, sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the salad.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

🥄Ingredients:

🔸1 cup fresh arugula leaves
🔸1 ripe apricot, thinly sliced
🔸Burrata cheese (one half ball)
🔸Pistachios, chopped
🔸Blackberries
🔸Strawberries, sliced
🔸Salt and freshly ground black pepper

🥄Instructions:

Arrange the arugula leaves on a serving platter.

Scatter the thinly sliced apricot over the arugula.

Tear the burrata cheese in pieces, sprinkle the salad with chopped pistachios.

Add blackberries and sliced strawberries on top.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
