🥄Ingredients:
🔸2 large ripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup mashed)
🔸1/2 cup almond butter (can use peanut butter as a substitute)
🔸3 tablespoons maple syrup
🔸1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🔸2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
🔸1/4 teaspoon salt
🔸1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
🔸1/4 cup chocolate chips
🔸1/3 cup chopped walnuts
🥄Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir the rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts, mix until well combined.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands to gently flatten each cookie slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
