Crispy crumbled fish

🥄 Ingredients:
🔸250g firm white fish, sliced into strips
🔸1/8 tsp salt
🔸1/4 tsp dried oregano
🔸Pinch of ground black pepper
🔸1 small egg, beaten
🔸1 tbsp olive oil
🔸1 cup panko bread crumbs
🔸Serving: Sweet Potato Fries and Side Salad

🥄 Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

Beat the egg in a small bowl and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, oregano and ground black pepper.

Dip each fish strip into the beaten egg, then coat it with the crumb mixture.

Place the coated fish strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish strips are lightly golden brown.
