Grilled chicken breast salad

🥄Ingredients:
🔸1 boneless, skinless chicken breast 
🔸 salt and pepper, to taste 
🔸1 tablespoon olive oil 
🔸3 cups mixed salad 
🔸1 cup cherry tomato, diced 
🔸4 slices of bacon, cooked 
🔸1 avocado, diced 
🔸1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 
🔸1 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette 

🥄Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.

Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.

Combine the salad, diced tomato, bacon, diced avocado, and thinly sliced red onion.

Top with the sliced chicken.
