🔸1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
🔸250g baby potatoes, halved
🔸1 tablespoon olive oil

🔸1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
🔸1 cup arugula
🔸1/2 cup grapes
🔸1/4 cup hazelnuts
🔸1/2 cup mozzarella ball
🔸1 tablespoon olive oil
🔸1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
🔸Salt and pepper to taste
🥄Instructions:
Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried
oregano. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt,
pepper, and rosemary or thyme. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30
minutes.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breast for
5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
In a bowl, combine the arugula, halved grapes, chopped hazelnuts, and mozzarella. Drizzle
with olive oil (and balsamic vinegar, if using), then season with salt and pepper.
