Mac and Cheese

🥄Ingredients
🔸4 oz elbow macaroni
🔸1 tbsp butter 
🔸1 tbsp all-purpose flour 
🔸3/4 cup milk 
🔸salt to taste 
🔸pepper to taste 
🔸1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

🥄Instructions:

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add the milk while whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth. Add the salt, black pepper, and continue to whisk until the mixture thickens. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated. 

Serve hot and enjoy!
