This Mini Meatballs Spaghetti recipe is a kid-friendly favorite, featuring bite-sized meatballs and perfectly saucy spaghetti that’s fun to eat and easy to enjoy!
🥄Ingredients:
For the Mini Meatballs:
🔸1 lb ground beef
🔸1 large egg
🔸1/3 cup breadcrumbs
🔸1 tsp garlic powder
🔸1 tsp Italian seasoning
🔸1/2 tsp salt
🔸1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Spaghetti:
🔸8 oz spaghetti (broken in half)
🔸1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
🥄Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Roll the mixture into mini meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil and cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and fully cooked (internal temperature of 160°F), about 8-10 minutes.
As the meatballs cook, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broken spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
Pour in the marinara sauce to the meatball skillet and simmer for 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, coating it well with the sauce.
Divide the spaghetti and meatballs- enjoy!
