Mini Veggie Skewers with Dip

🥄Ingredients:
🔸4 cherry tomatoes
🔸4 bell pepper strips (use a mix of red, yellow, and green for color)
🔸4 carrot sticks (about 2 inches long)
🔸6 small cubes of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
🔸3 wooden skewers (6-8 inches long)
🔸Hummus or ranch dressing, for dipping

🥄Instructions:

Wash and prepare the vegetables. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, and cut the bell peppers into strips. You can also use baby carrots or cut regular carrots into sticks.

Begin assembling the mini veggie skewers. Thread the vegetables and cheese onto the wooden skewers, alternating between the different veggies and cheese cubes to create colorful and appealing mini skewers.

Arrange the mini veggie skewers and serve them with a side of hummus or ranch dressing for dipping.
