🔸1/2 cucumber
🔸3 small spring onions
🔸1 handful baby spinach
🔸1/2 pomegranate
🔸1/2 lemon
🔸100g feta
🔸Salt, pepper to taste
🔸Dash of olive oil
🥄Instructions:
Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package and allow it to cool briefly.
Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients. Finely dice the cucumber and spring onion, chop the spinach leaves, prepare the pomegranate, squeeze lemon, and dice the feta.
Mix all ingredients into the bulgur and season with salt, pepper, and a dash of olive oil.
