Steak

🥄Ingredients:
🔸 1 beef steak (about 1 inch thick) Salt and pepper
🔸 2 tablespoons butter
🔸 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced 1/2 cup milk
🔸 2 tablespoons butter
🔸 Salt and pepper to taste

🥄Instructions:

Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water until they are soft and can easily be mashed with a fork.

Drain the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher or a fork.

Add the milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, salt, and pepper and continue mashing until the potatoes are smooth and creamy.

Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large pan over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add the steaks to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.

Once the steaks are cooked, remove them from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
