Sushi Bento Box

🥄Ingredients:
🔸Sushi rice
🔸Nori seaweed sheets
🔸Assorted sushi fillings (such as cucumber, avocado, smoked salmon, imitation crab, cooked shrimp, or tofu)
🔸Soy sauce, for dipping
🔸Sesame seeds for garnish

🥄Instructions:

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool to room temperature.

While the rice is cooking, prepare your sushi fillings by slicing them into thin strips or pieces.

Lay out a sheet of nori on a clean surface, such as a cutting board or sushi mat.

Moisten your hands with water to prevent the rice from sticking, then grab a handful of sushi rice and spread it evenly over the nori sheet, leaving a small border along the top edge.

Arrange your desired fillings in a line along the bottom edge of the rice-covered nori sheet.

Using both hands, carefully roll the nori sheet up tightly, enclosing the fillings. Seal the edge by moistening it slightly with water.

Using a sharp knife, slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces. Wipe the knife clean between cuts to ensure clean slices.

Repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and fillings until you have made enough sushi rolls for your bento box.

Arrange the sushi rolls neatly in one section of the BentoHeaven box.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the sushi rolls for extra flavor and visual appeal.

Close the Bentoheaven box securely, and your sushi bento box is ready to go!
