Tuna Pasta Salad

🥄Ingredients:
🔸300g pasta (fusilli or penne work well)
🔸1 can tuna, drained
🔸2 tablespoons mayonnaise
🔸1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
🔸1 cucumber, diced
🔸Salt and pepper to taste
🔸Fresh basil leaves, chopped
🔸2 tablespoons pine nuts

🥄Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.

Mix in the mayonnaise with the tuna, until everything is lightly coated, then add to the pasta.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped fresh basil leaves.

Sprinkle the pine nuts over the salad for added crunch.
