Tuna Salad

🥄Ingredients:
🔸1 can (150g) tuna, drained
🔸1 tbsp greek yogurt
🔸1/4 cup red onion, chopped
🔸1/2 cucumber, diced
🔸1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
🔸1 tablespoon lime juice
🔸Salt and pepper to taste

🥄Instructions:

Mix in the drained tuna, yogurt, red onion, diced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes.

Add lime juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.

Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired. Serve on its own, in a sandwich, or on top of greens for a light and healthy meal.
