Waffle breakfast 

🥄Ingredients:
🔸2 tablespoons sugar
🔸250 grams all-purpose flour
🔸100 grams butter, melted
🔸250 ml milk
🔸2 large eggs
🔸1/2 packet vanilla sugar (approximately 4-5 grams)
🔸1/2 packet baking powder (approximately 6-7 grams)
🔸Oil for greasing the waffle iron

🥄Instructions:

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.

Beat in the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well. The batter should be smooth but slightly thick.

Lightly grease the waffle iron with a small amount of oil.

Pour enough batter into the preheated waffle iron to cover the waffle grid. Close the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually for about 3-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.

Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the waffles with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh berries and jam.
