We're so glad you asked! As a husband-and-wife team, we started Bentoheaven over a decade ago to make lunchtime better. Are your products food-safe and BPA-free?

Absolutely. Your family's safety is our top priority. All Bentoheaven products are made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free, and non-toxic materials. We rigorously lab-test everything so you can pack every meal with complete peace of mind.

Can I put my bento box in the microwave and dishwasher?

Yes! Our bento boxes are designed for convenience. The containers are microwave-safe (we recommend removing the lids first to prevent warping). For cleaning, all components are safe for the top rack of the dishwasher, making cleanup a breeze.

How do I care for my bento box to prevent stains or odors?

To keep your bento box in perfect condition, we recommend washing it as soon as possible after use, especially after packing vibrant foods like tomato sauce or curry. For any stubborn stains or odors, a simple paste of baking soda and water left to sit for a few hours before washing usually does the trick!

Do you offer replacement parts?

We do! We believe in creating products that last and reducing waste. If you ever lose or damage a divider, lid, or elastic strap, you can find individual replacement parts right here.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding to more countries in the future, so stay tuned!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We know you're excited to get your order! We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping then typically takes another 3-5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

My order arrived in an Amazon box. Is this a mistake?

Not at all! To ensure your order is delivered as quickly and reliably as possible, we use Amazon's expert fulfillment network (Amazon MCF) to store, pick, and ship our products. It’s still us, just in an Amazon-branded box!

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused product in its original packaging. To get started, please visit our Refunds Policy Page.

How do I make a warranty claim?

We're here to help. First, please ensure your product has been registered. Then, email our support team at support@bentoheaven.com with:

  3. A photo or two showing the defect.
