Any unused Bentoheaven product in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note that you'll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (like a wrong or defective item). Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days.
