Getting your new bento box and accessories into your hands quickly and safely is our top priority. To make this happen, we partner with Amazon's expert fulfillment network.

This means your order will be shipped using a variety of trusted carriers (like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics) to ensure the most efficient delivery possible. You can select your preferred shipping speed during checkout.

After your order is fulfilled, standard shipping times are generally 3-7 business days. Please note that transit times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, especially during peak seasons.

Our Fulfillment Promise

We know you're excited to start packing amazing lunches, and waiting is no fun. We give you our word that your order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance. We'll personally look into it for you.

Freight & Shipping Forwarders

To ensure your order arrives safely, we do not permit shipping to freight or shipping forwarding services. Any order addressed to such a service will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
