Easy Italian Chicken Wrap
Bring the flavors of Italy to your lunchbox with this easy-to-assemble wrap, filled with cooked chicken, provolone cheese, roasted peppers, olives, and fresh greens.
Ingredients
- 1 extra-large tortilla or flatbread
- 2 tbsp roasted red pepper spread or slices
- 3 oz (85g) cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1 handful (about 1 cup / 30g) of arugula or spinach
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 3-4 thin slices of tomato
- 10 black olives, sliced
- Sliced red onion, to taste
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the roasted red pepper down the center.
- Layer the ingredients on top of the spread: start with red onion and chicken, followed by arugula, cheese, and tomato slices.
- Top with the sliced olives.
- Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up slightly, then fold in the sides.
- Tightly roll up the wrap from the bottom. Slice in half to serve.
