Easy Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs

Tender, juicy chicken meatballs are baked to perfection and then tossed in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce for a delicious and easy meal that's better than takeout.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
  • 3/4 cup (75g) panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup (240ml) teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko, beaten egg, 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 75°C).
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a skillet over medium heat. Pour remaining teriyaki sauce over them and stir gently until they are evenly coated and warmed through.
