Prosciutto and Hummus Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel of your choice
  • 2 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp hummus

Instructions

  1. Slice the bagel in half and toast if desired.
  2. Spread one tablespoon of hummus on each half of the bagel.
  3. Layer the prosciutto slices on one half.
  4. Top with tomato slices and red onion.
  5. Place the other half of the bagel on top to form a sandwich and cut in half.
