Prosciutto and Hummus Bagel Sandwich
A simple yet sophisticated bagel sandwich, perfect for a picnic. This recipe layers creamy hummus, salty prosciutto, fresh tomato, and sharp red onion for a delicious bite.
Ingredients
- 1 bagel of your choice
- 2 slices of prosciutto
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp hummus
Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half and toast if desired.
- Spread one tablespoon of hummus on each half of the bagel.
- Layer the prosciutto slices on one half.
- Top with tomato slices and red onion.
- Place the other half of the bagel on top to form a sandwich and cut in half.
