Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad

A healthier take on a classic, this tuna salad uses protein-rich Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and is packed with crisp, fresh vegetables for a light and refreshing meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz / 150g) tuna, drained
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (40g) red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients: drained tuna, yogurt, red onion, cucumber, and tomatoes.
  2. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir well until everything is combined.
  4. Serve on its own, in a sandwich, or on top of greens.
