Greek Yogurt Tuna Salad
A healthier take on a classic, this tuna salad uses protein-rich Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and is packed with crisp, fresh vegetables for a light and refreshing meal.
Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz / 150g) tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (40g) red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup (75g) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients: drained tuna, yogurt, red onion, cucumber, and tomatoes.
- Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir well until everything is combined.
- Serve on its own, in a sandwich, or on top of greens.
