Two Delicious Burrata Salad Variations

Ingredients
Burrata Salad with Pear:
- 1 cup (30g) fresh arugula
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1 ball of burrata cheese, torn
- 1/4 cup (30g) walnuts, chopped
- Balsamic vinegar
Burrata Salad with Apricot & Berries:
- 1 cup (30g) fresh arugula
- 1 ripe apricot, thinly sliced
- 1 ball of burrata cheese, torn
- 1/4 cup (30g) pistachios, chopped
- Handful of blackberries and strawberries
Instructions
For Both Salads:
- On a serving platter, arrange a bed of arugula.
- Scatter the sliced fruit (pear or apricot) over the arugula.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and arrange them on the salad.
- Sprinkle with the chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios) and berries (if using).
