Ingredients
- 4 oz (115g) smoked salmon
- 1-2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 4 cups (120g) crisp lettuce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup (75g) sweet corn
- 1/2 cup (75g) tomatoes, chopped
- Your favorite vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Prepare your base by adding the crisp lettuce to a large bowl or individual plates.
- Arrange the toppings over the lettuce: smoked salmon, quartered hard-boiled eggs, sliced avocado, crumbled bacon, sweet corn, and chopped tomatoes.
