Ingredients

  • 4 oz (115g) smoked salmon
  • 1-2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 4 cups (120g) crisp lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup (75g) tomatoes, chopped
  • Your favorite vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare your base by adding the crisp lettuce to a large bowl or individual plates.
  2. Arrange the toppings over the lettuce: smoked salmon, quartered hard-boiled eggs, sliced avocado, crumbled bacon, sweet corn, and chopped tomatoes.
