Classic Belgian-Style Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar or extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (100g) butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and melted butter.
