🥄Ingredients:
🔸250g diced chicken breast
🔸2 tablespoons cornstarch
🔸Salt and pepper to taste
🔸Olive oil for cooking
🔸1 tablespoon butter
🔸Ginger powder
🔸Garlic powder
🔸Chili flakes
🔸1 teaspoon sugar
🔸1 tablespoon honey
🔸About 200 ml soy sauce
🥄Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the diced chicken breast with the cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter. Add ginger powder, garlic, chili flakes, and sauté for a minute.
Stir in the sugar, honey, and soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir until the chicken is well coated with the sauce. Cook for another minute or two.
